Dutch Country Safari Park

If you are within 30 minutes of DCS, 2 visits will pay for your season pass. I highly recommend Dutch Country Safari. Even if you go without the kids to relax and enjoy the peaceful scenery. There is so much to see, and each visit, we get to know the animals a bit better.

This was a wonderful way to have a change of rhythm in our day. My kids squealed with delight and excitement at the huge variety of animals. They also loved the baby ducklings and goats that they’ve seen before but not in such a quant environment. I might have also yelped in excitement when the wildebeest and camel came running up to be fed. We’ve experienced a few safaris while living in Texas for 9 years and this one by far was our favorite.

EXCELLENT experience!! My family and I went here as one place to check out to celebrate my mothers 71st birthday, and it did not disappoint at all! The hayride experience was incredible! Getting up close and able to feed these animals was one of our families favorite things to do! Definitely recommend!
